We also collaborate with other organizations in the community to provide a support system for our patients.<\/p>\n<p>Our goal is to promote self-efficacy in all areas of life that impact health and well-being through our community network of support.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Social support services include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access resources including food, clothing and shelter<\/li>\n<li>Address urgent financial issues<\/li>\n<li>Work through housing problems<\/li>\n<li>Domestic and child violence education, intervention and support<\/li>\n<li>Sexual assault education, intervention and support<\/li>\n<li>Social services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Community Resources<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Food and housing matter.
