Ted Lampkin

Associate Director of Behavioral Health
Ted Lampkin is a North Omaha native who understands the importance of making a positive impact in the community where he was born and raised. His upbringing shaped a strong sense of social responsibility and cultivated a lifelong commitment to giving back to the community that helped form him.
Ted began his behavioral health career more than 25 years ago at Boys Town, where he served in a variety of leadership and clinical roles, including National Trainer, Consultant, and Residential Director for the Central Florida site. He has been a licensed mental health practitioner since 2001 and is deeply committed to dispelling stigma and stereotypes surrounding mental health through education, advocacy and compassionate care.
Currently, Ted serves as the Associate Director of the Behavioral Health Department at OneWorld Community Health Centers. In this role, he advocates for accessible, integrated mental health services and works to support individuals and families with diverse backgrounds and needs.
Ted is especially passionate about caring for youth and supporting his community. He enjoys working with teenagers and young adults and brings experience in school-based behavioral health models as well as clinical work with adults. His approach is grounded in connection, equity and a belief in the potential of every individual he serves.
