Grace has been a therapist for nine years. She helps individuals, teenagers and families with barriers to a healthy, happier lifestyle and outlook. Grace enjoys “walking with people” on their healing journey, guiding them through a variety of struggles. She also strives to help people overcome these obstacles by instilling in others the belief they can become their best future selves.

Grace provides support for conditions and circumstances including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, domestic violence, family concerns, mood disorders, stress, codependency, suicidal ideation and self-esteem.

Grace can provide:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): This model helps alleviate multiple mental health symptoms with a person’s core beliefs by challenging unhelpful thoughts, distortions and beliefs with more positive, rational strategies.
  • Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT): This model helps alleviate post-traumatic stress disorder in children ages 3-18 years. It involves patient education, calming/relaxation, caretaker involvement and symptom management.
  • Adlerian Therapy: This model helps people develop a strong sense of belonging, social interests and identify; challenge and change adverse beliefs and goals; and improve lifestyle and inferiority barriers. In addition, patients improve confidence and self-worth.
