Sliding Fee Scale

Our sliding fee scale is available to help patients afford their health care payments. Fees for services are adjusted based on eligibility, family size and gross monthly income. Patients who are uninsured or do not have enough insurance and whose household income qualifies can apply.

Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Jamie Shaw, APRN, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of experience in advanced clinical practice and a total of 16 years in the healthcare field. Since her first day at OneWorld she has discovered just how much her values align with the mission of OneWorld: to partner with the community to provide access to quality health care services for all people.

Along with her deep commitment to patient care, Jamie is also passionate about promoting equality and inclusivity within the healthcare system. With a strong commitment to serving all individuals, she actively works to ensure that members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community have access to compassionate, respectful and culturally competent care.

Jamie brings with her competency in family practice, suturing, abscess care, basic fracture care and Nexplanon placement. She is also working to get the clinic ready to complete DOT physicals, toenail removals, joint injections and IUD placements.

She has lived in Cass County, Neb., since 2012 and has built a strong reputation for compassionate patient care and professional expertise within the community. Jamie’s close ties to Cass County extend beyond her clinical work in Plattsmouth. Her husband works for Plattsmouth Community Schools, and she has four students within Plattsmouth Public Schools and a graduate from Conestoga High School.
