Mollie Stehl earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She has experience working at an inpatient residential treatment center. She spent the last semester of her schooling at The Cord: Where Science Meets Connection, where she was introduced to attachment trauma. She has experience working with individuals suffering from addiction, anxiety, depression and eating disorders.
Mollie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and operates from a polyvagal theory lens. She uses a trauma- and attachment-focused approach. Mollie works with patients to unravel trauma and help each individual feel closer to their most authentic self.
