Putting every patient at the center of care requires that we address every aspect of your care, including your comfort, educational, emotional needs as well as the clinical exam. Of course, we want to resolve your concerns at the time they arise and encourage you to ask for a manager at any time during your visit that we do not meet your expectations. We also welcome your comments in writing.
As a patient, you may also be asked to complete a satisfaction questionnaire and we count on your comments to acknowledge team members who have been exceptional as well as note areas that we can improve.
