Being a teenager or young adult can be hard. You’re too old to visit a pediatrician, but you may not be comfortable visiting your family’s doctor, either. OneWorld’s Teen and Young Adult Health Centers are dedicated to providing top-quality, confidential and affordable health care services to young people under 25. Regardless of what questions, issues or needs you have, OneWorld’s Teen and Young Adult Health Centers are your place to go for your health and well-being. We specialize in understanding your needs, listening to you, and treating you with compassion and respect. We are here for you.
Behavioral Health Services
Even perfectly healthy teens and young adults may have a difficult time coping with pressures and stressors at school, home or work, or with family and friends. It’s not easy navigating the road from childhood to self-sufficient adult. No matter what your needs, there’s always someone at OneWorld who you can talk to, who will support you and who you can trust.
Medical Services
The OneWorld Teen and Young Adult Health Centers provide comprehensive primary care services, from coughs and sports physicals to sexual health education and STD testing. The following are some of the services we offer for teens and young adults:
- School and sports physicals
- Health education and nutritional information
- Birth control methods / métodos anticonceptivos
- Confidential STD testing and treatment
- Pregnancy testing
- Treatment for acne
- Case management
OneWorld understands that compassionate care takes a special approach and requires training and expertise in all aspects of teen and young adult physical, emotional, mental and sexual health. All services at the OneWorld Teen and Young Adult Health Centers are low-cost and confidential, and many are free. We also accept most forms of insurance and Medicaid. OneWorld offers flexible payment options and discounts for people who are uninsured.
