OneWorld receives federal recognition for quality patient care

OneWorld Community Health Centers recently received national recognition for high quality patient care in four categories, three of which are repeat awards and one of which marks a new achievement for the organization.

Each year, the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) awards badges to community health centers across the country for quality achievements in access, clinical quality, health outcomes and health information technology.

OneWorld was recognized for the following 2026 awards:

  • Health Center Quality Leader – Gold Badge, for ranking in the top 10% of health centers nationwide for best overall clinical quality measures.
  • National Quality Leader-Heart Health Badge, for meeting targets related to preventing heart attacks, strokes and other cardiovascular events.
  • Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality Badge, for using technology to serve and engage patients through services like telehealth, online exchanges of clinical information with providers, and collection of health-related data.
  • Preventive Health Badge, for meeting targets related to dental health and screening for various illnesses and conditions among adults and children.

“Providing quality health care for each and every OneWorld patient is core to our mission, and we are pleased to be recognized for our efforts through these awards,” said OneWorld CEO Andrea Skolkin. “Our dedicated clinicians, support staff and nursing teams show up every day to provide compassionate care that puts our patients first.”

This year marks OneWorld’s fourth consecutive Advancing HIT for Quality badge and second consecutive Preventive Health badge. OneWorld is proud to have been consistently recognized as a Gold Badge Awardee in recent years.

HRSA is an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
