Sliding Fee Scale

Our sliding fee scale is available to help patients afford their health care payments. Fees for services are adjusted based on eligibility, family size and gross monthly income. Patients who are uninsured or do not have enough insurance and whose household income qualifies can apply.

Dr. Amy Lacroix joined OneWorld in 2015 after practicing pediatric medicine since 1994. She received her medical degree from UNMC’s College of Medicine and completed her pediatric training in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Lacroix considers herself to be a constant learner, and enjoys using Spanish at the Teen and Young Adult Health Centers to better communicate and connect with her patients.
