Sliding Fee Scale

Our sliding fee scale is available to help patients afford their health care payments. Fees for services are adjusted based on eligibility, family size and gross monthly income. Patients who are uninsured or do not have enough insurance and whose household income qualifies can apply.

Dr. Henry Dethlefs started at OneWorld in 2000. Dr. Dethlefs enjoys seeing patients of all ages with any type of health concern. He also works internationally to support patients with diabetes and high blood pressure. Outside of work, Dr. Dethlefs enjoys exercising, gardening, spending time with family and growing in his faith.
