Sliding Fee Scale

Our sliding fee scale is available to help patients afford their health care payments. Fees for services are adjusted based on eligibility, family size and gross monthly income. Patients who are uninsured or do not have enough insurance and whose household income qualifies can apply.

Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Tania Arreguin started at OneWorld in 2020 after working as a public health nurse at the Douglas County Health Department. Outside of work, Arreguin enjoys traveling back home to Newman Grove, reading, spending time with her nieces and going on walks with her dog.
