At the 2025 Milagro Awards, we recognized four partners who have made milagros (miracles) possible for our patients and neighbors. Such partnerships have allowed us to expand and deepen the impact of our mission to Care for All People.

CHI Health Immanuel Rehabilitation Institute has been a committed partner in serving our patients, as their teams have taken our patients to the next level of health through the incredible gift of rehabilitation.
Because CHI Health recognizes that we are all serving the same community, their approach exemplifies what health care should look like.
When OneWorld refers a patient to CHI Health, they receive that patient with the same level of care, respect and expertise they provide to anyone. And that makes all the difference.
Methodist Mobile 3D Mammography
OneWorld’s partnership with Methodist Mobile 3D Mammography allows us to meet women where they are and remove barriers to essential preventive care.
Since this partnership with Methodist began, we have screened hundreds of women who might otherwise have gone without cancer screening. Together we’ve caught cancers early and provided peace of mind to countless women who were finally able to get screened.
Methodist Mobile 3D Mammography is a committed partner in breaking down barriers and bringing life-saving care directly to women.
Robert “Bob” Braun, Lozier Foundation
For decades, Bob Braun and the Lozier Foundation have been transformative partners to OneWorld and the entire Omaha community. Bob’s approach to philanthropy means he hasn’t looked at OneWorld just as charity, but as a strategic investment toward a thriving city.
Bob’s impact is visible every day at OneWorld. It’s in the expansion of our medical provider teams, our many pharmacy renovations and robotics, in dental services, in the Baby Boutique and in many more services.
More than that, as a longtime champion of OneWorld’s mission, Bob’s contributions are visible in our outlook, thought process and strategic direction.
The Learning Community of Douglas and Sarpy Counties
When health and education come together, communities and families experience life-changing possibilities.
Our partners at the Learning Community of Douglas and Sarpy Counties use a two-generation approach to support children and their parents in attaining economic security and overall wellbeing. The goal is to create a foundation for success that can be passed from one generation to the next.
The Learning Community serves hundreds of families every year while advancing education and health. This is the kind of collaboration that makes our community stronger – by recognizing the power of organizations joining together.
