OneWorld Board Welcomes New Members, Elects Chair
The OneWorld Community Health Centers Board of Directors is pleased to welcome two new members and congratulate a new chair.
Abigail Mohs, Partner at Baird Holm, LLP, was elected Chair, having previously served as Chair Elect and Treasurer. She has served on the Board of Directors since 2024.
New members joining the Board of Directors were Jeff Francis, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Methodist Health Systems, and Ben Navarro, Chief Executive Officer of CSF Exteriors.
“We are grateful to all new and existing members of the OneWorld Board of Directors for their service and dedication to our mission,” said OneWorld CEO Andrea Skolkin. “As leaders in the community, they bring experience and expertise that will help OneWorld effectively carry out our mission now and in the future.”
The new positions were made official during the board’s February meeting.

Abigail T. Mohs is a member of Baird Holm, LLC’s health care practice group. Her practice focuses on regulatory compliance and transactional matters for health care providers with a special emphasis on hospital-physician arrangements and compliance with federal and state privacy and access laws.
Since 2021, Mohs has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch® in the field of Health Care Law.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked in insurance contracting and health IT compliance. Mohs received her undergraduate degree from Creighton University and her law degree from Hamline University School of Law.
Jeff Francis was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Methodist Health System in 2016.
Prior to joining Methodist, Francis served as chief administrative and financial officer of Ministry Healthcare in Milwaukee, Wisc., and at Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, Ind., where he was senior vice president, finance and chief financial officer. He began his career at First National Bank in Omaha, was operations director for Alegent Health and then worked as a senior manager in finance for Marriott International.
Francis earned his bachelor’s degree at DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind. and master’s in business administration from Creighton University in Omaha.
Ben Navarro is an entrepreneur, investor and civic leader dedicated to building strong businesses and community impact. He is the Founder and CEO of CSF Exteriors; he is also a co-founder of TriPoint Holdings.
Navarro is actively engaged in nonprofit governance and community leadership. He serves on the boards of Omaha Bridges Out of Poverty and RISE, and he collaborates with the Latino Center of the Midlands to expand internship and career opportunities for emerging leaders.
Navarro’s leadership philosophy centers on disciplined execution, fiduciary responsibility and service. He believes business is not merely a vehicle for profit, but a platform to create opportunity, strengthen institutions and generate measurable, lasting impact.
