Carolina George is a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and more than five years working directly as a therapist. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of supporting kids, adolescents, women, families and couples as they navigate life’s challenges, emotional pain and personal growth.

Carolina’s approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative and client centered. She believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered to heal. Carolina specializes in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation and life transitions, using evidence-based practices.

In her free time, Carolina enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and spending quality time with her family.

Carolina uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help individuals manage anxiety, depression, regulate emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns and build lives aligned with their values. In addition to this, Carolina is trained in the Gottman Method, which allows her to support couples in building stronger connections and happier relationships.
