Sliding Fee Scale

Our sliding fee scale is available to help patients afford their health care payments. Fees for services are adjusted based on eligibility, family size and gross monthly income. Patients who are uninsured or do not have enough insurance and whose household income qualifies can apply.

Tanya Martin began her career at OneWorld in 2015 at Indian Hill Elementary. She now serves as the primary clinician on OneWorld’s Medical Mobile unit that visits three school districts. She enjoys school-based health because she is able to be a part of a team that provides students with quality care that focuses on all parts of well-being.
