During the month of LOVE, we pay special attention to our hearts. This year learn what you can do to protect it as well. Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in the United States, yet many Americans are of the mindset “that won’t happen to me.”

Many factors can raise your risk for heart disease. Some of factors you cannot control, but there are many that you can.

What can I do to lower my risk?
