Sewing and quilting community groups handcraft baby care items for Baby Boutique

For eight years, St. Gerald’s Sewing and Quilting groups have handcrafted items for OneWorld’s Baby Boutique. The groups meet once a month at St. Gerald’s Catholic Church to work on their projects together.

From 2013-2020, the sewing groups created and donated:

  • 617 fleece crochet blankets
  • 456 crochet afghans
  • 438 bibs
  • 300 baby hats
  • 240 washcloths
  • 223 reusable nursing pads
  • 210 burp cloths
  • 150 receiving blankets
  • 118 car seat covers
  • 83 pacifier clips
  • 6 bootie sets
  • 2 blanket/sweater sets
